Having grown up in Leeds which is only half an hour or so from Salford, this is highly reminiscent of that particular Northern, moisture laden sky which is so prevalent in memory and reality. I would say it has slightly less chroma than the swatch suggests.
This is a just darker than mid value, warmish in temperature, blue-grey. It has crimson and violets in it's makeup which give a strange warmth in it's generally cool hue. I like paint that shifts and changes before your eyes, this is one of them.
Bound in single estate, cold pressed, linseed oil. Made in small batches.
