What is your delivery policy?
Postage is free on orders over £29.99 in the UK, and for orders under £29.99 it costs £3.95.
Orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail 24, for higher value orders they are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For orders outside of the UK, the customer may be liable for customs charges or import duty on arrival in the destination country. We do try to keep these to a minimum, however the policy and amount varies from country to country.
For European orders there is a flat cost of £13.75 which generally uses a tracked UPS or Royal Mail service, and generally takes upto 4-5 working days. There are a few exceptions, please email if you need further clarification.
Postage to the United States is via UPS and generally takes 3/4 working days, it is tracked and costs £23.95.
Delivery to other parts of the world is available on request.
Items will be dispatched within 48 hours however it is usually much sooner!
What is your return policy?
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to resolve the situation as swiftly as we can.
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Any other personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible. However, we're unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
