Description
I reckon Quinacridones are some of the best modern pigments, extremely lightfast, transparent and really unbelievable chroma and luminosity.
In masstone this paint is a deep magenta, crimson hue. However, when brushed out it has a surprising warmth to it, in comparison to other PV19 pigments I have tried, although it still leans more towards the cooler end of the red spectrum than the warmer...just.
Crisply transparent and large amounts of light bounce off the ground and back through the paint, giving it significant luminescence.
The tints are...every kind of bright, shocking pink you can imagine!
Smoothly ground in linseed oil.
