The transparency lends itself to glazing, however it is so rich in pigment load there are many opportunities to explore it in mixes where it is not lost like some transparent pigments.
Because of its crystal clarity and relative transparency, the addition of yellows or blues can create bright fire engine reds or deep meditative violets.
Like nearly all Langridge paints, this is bursting with so much colour there really is nothing in comparison - except other quinacridones!
