A blend of titanium white, burnt umber and ivory black, gives a grey which aims for neutrality in terms of temperature.
Very light in value.
A paint to play around with, I guess most function will be found using it to knock back the chroma while lightening the tonal value of other colours. Used in this way across several different colours you could achieve a subtle harmony between them.
