Thank you for visiting Supreme Paint. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products (“Services”) provided by Supreme Paint, a company registered in the UK.
By using our website and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Definitions
“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Supreme Paint.
“You” or “Customer” refers to you, the user or buyer of our Services.
“Products” refers to the goods available for sale on our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this website. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 or are accessing the website with parental consent.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account details.
4. Order Process
Placing an Order: When you place an order, it is an offer to buy the products subject to these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we will send an email confirming receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order.
Contract Formation: A contract is formed when we dispatch the products to you.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£).
We accept payment through, credit/debit card, apple pay & PayPal.
All payments must be made in full before the goods are shipped.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver products within 2 working days, subject to stock availability and location.
Please see our FAQs for more detailed information on delivery. Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.
Customs Clearance: Customers ordering internationally may experience delays in customs approval depending on your country. We provide all necessary paperwork for customs but from time to time delays will occur. Supreme Paint cannot be held liable for such delays.
We are not liable for local customs and import charges where they are applied on entry to the destination country (you can check with your local authorities what these will be before placing an order).
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns: If you wish to return a product, please contact us - refer to our return policy for more info.
Products must be returned within 14 days in their original, unused, and undamaged condition and packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note refunds are usually instantaneous, however on very rare occasions the payment provider may take up to 30 days to process the refund – it may also not appear as a separate transaction in your account but be shown in the original transaction.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging, they must also be undamaged.
8. Warranty and Faulty Products
All products come with a statutory warranty. If a product is found to be defective or faulty within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, are the property of Supreme Paint and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Paint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
All products are used at the customer’s own risk. We are not liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our oil paints, solvents, or painting mediums. These products are intended for use by artists and must be handled responsibly, in accordance with all safety guidelines and label instructions.
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
We do not provide safety certifications for use in educational or institutional settings unless explicitly stated.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
