Also known as Hansa or Arylide yellow, the 'deep' in the title refers to it's warm, orange leaning hue. Beautifully transparent and clean, this is an example of a modern pigment at it's best.
Having the look in masstone of a Cadmium yellow middle, it doesn't have the tinting power of the Cadmium and is cooled quite rapidly when adding Titanium white.
These permanent yellows and reds are excellent if you find the tinting power of Cadmiums too much and want to use something less toxic/more affordable.
Triple milled, made in small batches, bound in single estate, artisan, cold pressed oil. Superb value.
