How do I find out more about an item?

The easiest way is to click the 'Any questions?' button on the right hand side of the screen. This will receive the fastest response, usually within a couple of hours during the business day.

How will my order be shipped?
 
UK orders
 
Postage is free on orders over £29.99 in the UK, and for orders under £29.99 it costs £3.95.
 
Orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail 24, for higher value orders they are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours during the business week, generally if the order is placed prior to 3pm it will go out the same day. We also dispatch orders on Saturday mornings up to 11am.
 
Orders outside of the UK

Important - If possible please add a phone number and a local tax number or EORI number (if available) to your order as this will help enable faster delivery.
 
For orders outside of the UK, the customer may be liable for customs charges or import duty on arrival in the destination country. We do try to keep these to a minimum, however the local customs policy and amount varies from country to country.

EU orders - there is a flat cost of £13.75 which uses a tracked UPS, DPD or Royal Mail service and generally takes 4-5 working days to arrive, depending on your location. There are a few variables, please contact us if you need further clarification. 

USA orders - these are shipped via a tracked UPS service, it generally takes 3/4 days and has a flat cost of £23.95.

Items will be dispatched within 48 hours, however it is usually much sooner, we generally dispatch international orders the same day if the order is placed before 10AM GMT.


What is your return policy?
 
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to resolve the situation as swiftly as we can. 
 
What is your privacy policy?
 
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such, we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction.

We do not store or see credit card details (we use a third party payment system - Paypal) nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Any other personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored.

What is your cancellation policy?
 
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible. However, we're unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes, we make a great effort to package using recycled materials and avoid plastic.

Our main boxes are made of 100% recycled box board and paper cover, 80% being post-consumer waste. There is a filler which is made from recycled materials.

The rest of the packaging is plastic free and recycled. Occansionally we use packaging peanuts in the orders, these are recycled and starch based. For large tins we may use bubblewrap (we make all efforts to avoid this) however this is not bought new and is reused from orders sent from suppliers.
