A single pigment Cobalt Violet milled in poppyseed oil.
The brightest Cobalt Violet I have seen, part of the Wallace Seymour 'bespoke' range, the pigment is made to their specification and is unique.
Vibrant, luscious purple, luminous, masstone. Delicate lilac tints. A dream to subtly adjust the chroma of oranges. The colour shifts before your eyes, shimmering red violet and blue violet hues. Extraordinary.
Image shows the actual paint being milled, the clearer poppyseed oil is used to in order to not lose any 'brilliance'. Fine to use with other drying oils such as linseed or walnut.
