Checkout assistance

Due to increased security measures issued by card providers some transactions are being rejected at the checkout.

We are working on a solution to make sure all cards can be processed and appreciate your patience, however in the meantime if you have been affected please use the following simple instructions, it is a quick and easy process!

1) Select the Paypal option at checkout (you do not need to have a Paypal account or to create one).

2) A 'pop-up' screen will open, please select the 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' button

3) Then just enter your details as normal, and if you do not want to create a Paypal account simply make sure the following button is switched off.
